संबंधित शाखेतील नियमित, फुल-टाइम अभियांत्रिकी पदवी आवश्यक आहे. UR, OBC-NCL आणि EWS उमेदवारांसाठी किमान 60% आणि SC, ST व PwBD साठी 50% एकूण गुण लागतात. अनुभवाची अट नाही. कमाल वयोमर्यादा 17 ऑक्टोबर 2026 रोजी 28 वर्षे असून SC व ST ला 5 वर्षे, OBC-NCL ला 3 वर्षे आणि PwBD ला आणखी 10 वर्षांची सवलत आहे.
वेतनश्रेणी 30000 ते 120000 रुपये असून सुरुवातीचे मूळ वेतन 30000 रुपये आहे. त्यावर महागाई भत्ता, कंपनी क्वार्टर न मिळाल्यास घरभाडे भत्ता आणि मूळ वेतनाच्या 35% कॅफेटेरिया भत्ता मिळतो, ज्याकडे अनेकजण नोकऱ्यांची तुलना करताना दुर्लक्ष करतात. दुसऱ्या आणि तिसऱ्या वर्षी 3% वाढ मिळते, तसेच वैद्यकीय विम्याची प्रतिपूर्ती दरवर्षी 25000 रुपयांपर्यंत मिळते.
पोस्टिंग बेंगळुरू, तुमकुरू, हैदराबाद, नाशिक, कोरापुट, बराकपूर, लखनौ, कानपूर आणि कोरवा येथे आहे. तुम्ही महाराष्ट्रातील असाल तर नाशिक विभाग पाहण्यासारखा आहे, पण HAL तुमची कुठेही बदली करू शकते आणि रुजू झाल्यानंतर पोस्टिंग बदलण्याची विनंती मान्य केली जात नाही.
निवड फक्त मुलाखतीद्वारे होते, लेखी परीक्षा नाही. HAL तुमच्या पदवीच्या एकूण गुणांवरून प्रत्येक शाखा आणि प्रवर्गात एका जागेमागे जास्तीत जास्त 10 उमेदवार शॉर्टलिस्ट करते, म्हणजे टक्केवारी जास्त असेल तर मुलाखतीला बोलावले जाण्याची शक्यता वाढते. मुलाखत तात्पुरती नोव्हेंबर 2026 मध्ये आहे आणि त्यात किमान 50% गुण मिळवावे लागतात. शॉर्टलिस्ट झालेल्यांनी अर्जात नमूद केलेल्या सर्व गोष्टींची मूळ प्रमाणपत्रे सोबत आणावी लागतात.
दोन गोष्टींबाबत काळजी घ्या. पहिली, तुम्ही फक्त एकाच शाखेसाठी अर्ज करू शकता. वेगवेगळ्या शाखांसाठी अर्ज केल्यास सर्व अर्ज नाकारले जातात आणि शुल्क जप्त होते. दुसरी, UR, OBC-NCL आणि EWS उमेदवारांना SBI Collect द्वारे 500 रुपये भरावे लागतात आणि त्या पेमेंटची खातरजमा होण्यास 48 ते 72 तास लागतात. पेमेंटशिवाय अर्ज अपूर्ण राहतो, म्हणून पेमेंट शेवटच्या दुपारपर्यंत ठेवू नका. SC, ST आणि PwBD उमेदवारांना शुल्क नाही.
ही कायमस्वरूपी नोकरी नाही हेही लक्षात ठेवा. नेमणूक जास्तीत जास्त 3 वर्षांसाठी आहे, मुदतवाढ न मिळता आपोआप संपते, आणि कोणत्याही पक्षाने एक महिन्याची नोटीस दिल्यास आधीही संपवता येते. पार्ट-टाइम किंवा डिस्टन्स पदव्या ग्राह्य नाहीत, आणि अंतिम सादरीकरणानंतर अर्जात बदल करता येत नाही.
