इंडो-तिबेटन बॉर्डर पोलीस फोर्समध्ये (ITBPF) यंदा Constable (General Duty) या पदासाठी 126 जागा निघाल्या आहेत, पण ही भरती फक्त खेळाडूंसाठी आहे — गेल्या दोन वर्षांत खरोखर पदक किंवा स्पर्धेतील सहभागाचा रेकॉर्ड ���सेल, तर ही भरती तुमच्यासाठी नाही, आणि ते मुद्दामच तसं ठेवलं आहे.
जागा 28 वेगवेगळ्या क्रीडाप्रकारांत विभागलेल्या आहेत — अॅथलेटिक्स, बॉक्सिंग, कुस्ती यांसारख्या नेहमीच्या खेळांपासून ते इक्वेस्ट्रियन, कराटे, कयाकिंग आणि सेंट्रल SKI (अल्पाइन व नॉर्डिक) सारख्या तुलनेने कमी जाहिरात होणाऱ्या खेळांपर्यंत. ज्युडोमध्ये एकट्यात 12 जागा आहेत, बॉक्सिंगमध्ये 9, तर स्पोर्ट्स शूटिंगमध्ये 8 — त्यामुळे तुमचा खेळ या यादीत असेल, तर तुमचा नेमका वेट कॅटेगरी किंवा इव्हेंट तपासणं गरजेचं आहे, कारण कोटा अगदी बारकाईने विभागलेला आहे.
पात्रतेसाठी मॅट्रिक पास आणि 1 नोव्हेंबर 2026 रोजी वय 18 ते 23 वर्षं लागतं, पण खरी अट तुमचा क्रीडा रेकॉर्ड आहे. 1 जानेवारी 2024 ते 1 नोव्हेंबर 2026 या कालावधीत आंतरराष्ट्रीय, राष्ट्रीय, आंतर-विद्यापीठ किंवा खेलो इंडिया स्तरावर पदक किंवा किमान सहभाग असणं आवश्यक आहे — या कालावधीबाहेरचा रेकॉर्ड कितीही मजबूत असला तरी गणला जाणार नाही.
एक गोष्ट बऱ्याच जणांच्या लक्षात येत नाही — स्पोर्ट्स ट्रायल टेस्ट 40 गुणांची असते आणि पात्र होण्यासाठी किमान 20 गुण लागतात, पण हे गुण अंतिम गुणवत्ता यादीत धरले जात नाहीत. अंतिम मेरिट फक्त तुमच्या पदक/सहभाग पातळीवर दिलेल्या गुणतालिकेनुसार ठरते — त्यामुळे ट्रायल टेस्ट ही फक्त पार करायची पायरी आहे, रँकिंग वाढवणारी गोष्ट नाही. आणखी एक महत्त्वाची गोष्ट — ही भरती PwD उमेदवार किंवा माजी सैनिकांसाठी खुली नाही, जे CAPF भरतीसाठी थोडं असामान्य आहे.
शारीरिक मापदंडही आहेत — पुरुष उमेदवारांसाठी उंची 170 सेमी आणि छाती 80 सेमी (5 सेमी फुगवटा), महिलांसाठी उंची 157 सेमी, अनुसूचित जमाती आणि काही डोंगराळ/ईशान्येकडील राज्यांतील उमेदवारांना सवलत आहे. वजन वय-उंचीनुसार दिलेल्या तक्त्याप्रमाणे तपासलं जाईल.
पगार 7th CPC च्या Level-3 नुसार, रु.21,700 ते रु.69,100, त्यासोबत महागाई भत्ता, रेशन मनी, मोफत गणवेश, निवास किंवा HRA आणि इतर CAPF भत्ते मिळतात. एक गोष्ट नीट लक्षात घ्या — निवड झालेल्या उमेदवारांना किमान 10 वर्षं सेवा द्यावी लागते; आधी राजीनामा दिल्यास तीन महिन्यांचा पगार किंवा प्रशिक्षण खर्च, जे जास्त असेल ते परत करावं लागतं.
अर्ज शुल्क रु.100 आहे, पण फक्त पुरुष UR/OBC/EWS उमेदवारांसाठी — महिला आणि SC/ST उमेदवारांना (दोन्ही लिंगांसाठी) शुल्क माफ आहे. अर्ज प्रक्रिया 3 ऑक्टोबर 2026 रोजी सुरू होऊन 1 नोव्हेंबर 2026 रोजी बंद होईल. अर्ज सुरू करण्याआधीच ITBP पोर्टलवर तुमचं क्रीडा प्रमाणपत्र अपलोड करून ठेवा — ते जोडलेलं नसेल, तर स्क्रुटिनीच्या टप्प्यावरच अर्ज नाकारला जातो.
✅ शैक्षणिक पात्रता
